Beth Paul Data Platform Services Manager


Beth Paul is the Data Platform Services Manager for the Channel Strategy Service database. Her responsibilities include: expanding the database into new product categories (production presses, wide format printers, 3-printers) and markets (graphic arts dealers, engineering VARs) and identifying new sources. Beth also works with the IT department to define new functionality, user interface enhancements, and process improvements; and trains customers.

Beth joined InfoTrends after working as the Sales and Support Coordinator for Harvest Automation. Her primary role was to implement and then maintain a new CRM system. She identified the top prospects for sales generation, drove standardization and created customized pipeline and activity reports. She also coordinated the customer support calls and emails. Prior to Harvest she was with State Street Consultants for more than 20 years. She played a leadership role in designing, building, and maintaining the Graphic Arts/Printing Industry database of 100,000+ companies located in the United States and Canada. During her time with SSCI, she implemented the market expansion initiative in Western Europe, a two-year project encompassing over 10,000 interviews in 9 countries. She also managed individual lead generation programs for large Graphic Arts corporations.

Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
