We are seeking an Associate Consultant in our consulting group with at least one to three years relevant experience working in a similar industry or position. The ideal candidate should be located in the United States, the UK, or Europe.
Position Summary
The Consulting Group, Associate Consultant is responsible for assisting with the project management for research and small to medium consulting projects as well as participating in the research itself. This position will also be involved in assisting with survey programming and fielding and assisting with qualitative research as needed. This position should have some level of subject matter knowledge in Keypoint Intelligence products and services. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment that requires a self-starter and a hunger to learn.
Essential Functions
- Perform quantitative primary research inclusive of quantitative survey writing, programming and fielding
- Conduct qualitative research as needed in support of consulting engagements
- Obtaining price quotes from external research partners
- Function as a junior analyst on consulting engagements
- Assist with the development of project deliverables in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Adhere to project scope, schedule, & budget
- Assist in writing project proposals and other consulting sales activities
- Develop over time the skills required for determining research methodology and consulting approach
- Develop over time the skills to present research findings at project completion
- Obtain subject matter expertise from research findings
Competencies Required
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn survey programming software tools
- Strong computer skills particularly with the Microsoft suite – Other analytic skills & experience with data analytics and/or presentment tools such as Tableau, Domo, SAS, SPSS, Q-Research, etc. are a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization with a diverse set of colleagues distributed internationally
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree – preferably in business, marketing, economics, or other relevant field.
Possesses 1-3+ years’ research and analysis experience including excellent data analysis and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 3 years of experience for associate consultants.

We are seeking a Data Analyst/ETL Specialist with at least three years relevant experience working in a similar industry or position. This position offers the flexibility to work from home with periodic travel into a local office, as necessary. The ideal candidate should be located in the Eastern United States, the UK, or Europe, in order to be best integrated with our Data Engineering teams working in those regional offices.
Role
This individual will primarily be tasked with managing various internal data sets, from the initial ETL workflows required to integrate the content into our data warehouse, to generating analytics and insights for both internal and external audiences. As a key member of the Forecast team you will be responsible for supporting the wider organization through the management, design and implementation of existing and new forecasting models and methodologies, helping to improve the overall process as well as time to market for our external client deliverables.
This position will also be responsible for development and support of back-end tools utilized for both manual data entry and automated ingestion of content into our front-end websites and tools, which range from standalone spreadsheets to client-server apps to intranet websites. This individual will be required to become expert in these systems to be able to manage the most complex tasks independently.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst IT Services with at least five years relevant experience working in a similar industry or position. The ideal candidate should be located in the United States, the UK, or Europe.
The Senior Analyst is responsible for the subject matter of IT services and will look to research, explore, forecast and analyze the industry on an ongoing basis. Adjacent to the office technology industry, managed IT services is an evolving area and coverage will include the forecasting & analysis of trends that comprise cloud, mobile, digital transformation, security and technology for the smart workplace.
Working within a team of experts, the Senior Analyst will develop market forecasts and sizing, conduct desk & primary research and write about thought provoking industry trends, within the scope of the entire office group.
The Senior analyst is closely engaged with marketing and sales of their content, concepts and products within their subject area. This may include the strategy development of deliverables, research, multi-client studies, consulting & new business development activities.
Essential Functions
- Command ownership of the IT Services practice area, shaping the research direction with the office team, creating and delivering valuable content in various forms
- Develop methodologies with the forecast team to size and forecast relevant market opportunities and support with research.
- Manage research and projects within alternating teams, to specified timelines, identifying appropriate frameworks, methodologies and data outputs.
- Create compelling deliverables that attract new clients and help with the retention of existing clients building deep and trusted relationships to proactively promote our consulting capabilities.
- Conduct speaking engagements at trade events to promote thought leadership

We are seeking an Sr. Consultant/Principal Analyst in our consulting group with at least five to eight years relevant experience working in a similar industry or position. The ideal candidate should be located in the United States, the UK, or Europe.
Position Summary
The Consulting Group, Sr. Consultant/Principal Analyst is responsible for both the project management for research and consulting projects as well as participating in the research itself. This position should have some level of subject matter knowledge in an existing Keypoint Intelligence product / service area, or have experience conducting market research in the information technology marketplace. The Senior Consultant/Principal Analyst will manage consulting engagements independently, with limited involvement and oversight from others. Additionally, this role must be able to create research methodologies, develop budgets and proposals, design quantitative surveys, conduct qualitative research (e.g., in-depth interviews, focus groups) and analyze research findings.
Essential Functions
- Oversee project team’s adherence to project scope, schedule, & budget
- Write project proposals and participate in consulting sales activities
- Help determining research methodology and consulting approach
- Obtaining price quotes from external research partners
- Perform primary and secondary research and provide analysis of research findings
- Write quantitative survey instruments and analyze survey data
- Write qualitative interview guides, conduct in-depth interviews with respondents, who are often senior executives, and be able to analyze research results
- Develop project deliverables in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Present research findings at project completion
- Obtain subject matter expertise from research findings
Competencies Required
