Data Analyst/ETL Specialist

We are seeking a Data Analyst/ETL Specialist with at least three years relevant experience working in a similar industry or position. This position offers the flexibility to work from home with periodic travel into a local office, as necessary. The ideal candidate should be located in the Eastern United States, the UK, or Europe, in order to be best integrated with our Data Engineering teams working in those regional offices.
Role
This individual will primarily be tasked with managing various internal data sets, from the initial ETL workflows required to integrate the content into our data warehouse, to generating analytics and insights for both internal and external audiences. As a key member of the Forecast team you will be responsible for supporting the wider organization through the management, design and implementation of existing and new forecasting models and methodologies, helping to improve the overall process as well as time to market for our external client deliverables.
This position will also be responsible for development and support of back-end tools utilized for both manual data entry and automated ingestion of content into our front-end websites and tools, which range from standalone spreadsheets to client-server apps to intranet websites. This individual will be required to become expert in these systems to be able to manage the most complex tasks independently.

Position Summary
The Editor & Publishing Specialist is responsible for editing the written content and adjusting the visual aspects of reports/deliverables before publication. The responsibilities will change with each document.Essential Functions
- Edit deliverables for grammar, structure, house style, and syntax
- Format content for publishing or delivery
- Create deliverables in concert with analysts, providing basic structure (and as much analysis as capable)
- Fill in for all team members when they are out of the office

Position Summary
The Group Director – Chief Analyst oversees the Principal Analyst group and provides business leadership including the development of consultancy services and bliQ framework strategies. The Group Director is also responsible for overseeing the strategic execution and the development and management of these areas. Additionally, this person is also responsible for managing and developing staff, developing client relationships, and driving content, working with the content group as well as consulting and custom testing activity.
Essential Functions

Sales Specialist

Position Summary
The Sales Specialist role is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals for a new e-commerce platform launching in early 2021. The Sales Specialist will work with the sales team in generating new sales opportunities while collaborating with Marketing, Sales Enablement and the Product manager to showcase the new platform and products within it. A strong understanding of the sales process, generating, qualifying and converting leads, building relationships, and closing deals to grow sales and extend our global reach.
Essential Functions
- Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge and closing new opportunities focused on the introduction and launch of a new platform product
- Work with the Account Executive team to focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Meet or exceed sales goals/targets provided by sales management.
- Work with the marketing and product management team to design industry-specific outbound efforts to maximize revenue
- Promote and sell company’s products to its clients and prospective customers
- Generate leads and grow existing relationships with clients and new prospects (this is achieved by following up on inbound leads and online evaluations; cold calls or perform warm outreach; and following up on outbound marketing campaigns, into which this role will provide guidance)

- Negotiate pricing and contracts, together with terms and conditions of business
- Engage in forecasting, planning, and account resource allocation and strategy

Keypoint Intelligence, a global leader in business to business information and product testing is seeking a VP of Product Management and/or Director of Product Management to work out of our Weymouth, Massachusetts or Fairfield, New Jersey office. This position also offers the flexibility to work from home as needed with a base of operations in either office as well.
Position Summary
Driven by a focus on the needs of our clients and prospects, this position is responsible for the growth and management of Keypoint Intelligence products that fall into our three core capabilities of Market Intelligence, Product Intelligence and Platforms. This position’s key functions are to define and manage new or current product expansion opportunities, ensure market viability, direct the development (with IT or outside resources) or acquisition planning of these new products, and the management of the entire product lifecycle (strategy, development, launch, commercialization, marketing, product retirement) and commercial success.Essential Functions
- Create the product strategy and business plan for new or expanded product offerings that align with the understood needs of our target audience and existing clients focused on our company’s market intelligence, product intelligence and platforms categories.
- Work closely and collaborate with the Sales, Lab, Principal Analysts, Consulting & Content teams to understand key trends and client/persona needs to further expand current offerings.
- Working with the Chief Strategy and Product Officer, ensure new product market viability by defining our service addressable market along with our attainable potential revenue opportunity based on our current infrastructure or by creating a business expansion plan that defines the 5-year potential attainable revenue opportunity along with the investment plan required, to meet the revenue and EBITDA targets for the company.
- Define the market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and ongoing client analysis, and customer assessments.
- Create the product launch plan and project manage the launch cycle by working with each of the key departments; sales, marketing, development, support, lab, consulting, and analyst teams as required, in order to launch the product on time.
- Assist in the creation of the functional specification documents along with the Technology Development team to ensure the functionally of the desired products meet the expectations and usability requirements of the target market and their personas.
- Work closely with the Technology Development team to ensure that the product requirements, functional specifications and timelines are met to deliver and launch the product in a timely manne and to maintain the product development roadmap post-launch.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop the commercialization plan and effective promotional and enablement strategies that help with the consistent sell through that meets the target annual sales plan for the product.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on product communications, marketing strategies and activities for the product.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and content teams to ensure that the sales message for promotions correlates with product and service content.
Competencies Required
- Experience in all facets of product management or project management required.
- Product planning, research and persona mapping/targeting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects and business partners, sales, customer support and development.
- Working knowledge of various promotional channels: social media, direct mail, telemarketing, email, website, affinity, trade shows and advertising in a B2B environment. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
- Experience tracking and reporting marketing trends.
- Experience tracking and reporting marketing activities and monitoring/evaluating trends via Salesforce, Google Analytics and other such tools.
Supervisory Responsibility
The Product Manager has no supervisory responsibilities at this time, though this may change.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
