Xerox (NYSE:XRX) today announced that the Xerox DocuMate 4830 workgroup scanner now includes updated hardware to increase black & white scanning speeds by 67 percent, from 30 to 50 pages per minute. Scan speed in duplex mode is 100 images per minute. The scanner has both an A3-sized flatbed for larger documents and a 75-page automatic document feeder through which long documents (up to 118 inches in length) can be scanned.

RISO, Inc. announced the release of the industry's first in-line full color inkjet cut-sheet Print-to-Mail Solution. A RISO ComColor 9150 or 7150 printer, in combination with the new Wrapping Envelope Finisher, automatically personalizes documents and envelopes, then addresses, folds and assembles them into a completed, sealed mailpiece - at rates of up to 2,200 completed pieces (single page insert) of mail every hour. Using this compact, self-contained system, documents that require either automated or manual folding and inserting can be easily printed, inserted and post office ready with basically the click of a mouse.

Lexmark International, Inc. (NYSE: LXK) today announced that it has increased its cash tender offer price for all of the outstanding shares of Sweden-based ReadSoft (NASDAQ OMX: RSOF-B). This cash offer is Swedish Krona (SEK) 55.50, an 11 percent increase from Lexmark's July 14, 2014, offer of SEK 50.00 for each Class A and Class B share of ReadSoft, for a price of approximately $248 million, net of cash acquired.
