Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. launched Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud, a new cloud service that offers powerful, fast, and simple document processing. Based on the success of the company’s Dispatcher Phoenix, the new solution gives businesses access to zero-footprint scan workflow automation with OCR processing in the cloud to help optimize the way users work, saving both time and money.
Canon Announces New Executive Appointments
Canon U.S.A. announced executive appointments and promotions that took effect July 1. Among the promotions reported, Brian Mahar was promoted to Senior Vice President a& General Manager of the Imaging Technologies & Communications Group. He will also serve as Chairman of Canon Information Technology Services. Peter Kowalczuk was appointed as Chairman and CEO of Business Process Services, in conjunction with his current position as President of Canon Solutions America.
Ricoh Launches Pro C9500 Production Printer
Ricoh unveiled its Pro C9500, a color unit with enhanced media compatibility and improved automation, to meet the diverse needs of customers in the commercial printing business. As the successor to the RICOH Pro C9200/C9210, it builds on superior image quality, high-speed output, and quality consistency, while being equipped with the newly developed RICOH GC OS to boost operational efficiency.
