Having the right people and the right set of tools is a timeless axiom that underpins how businesses fuel success. Sometimes, however, dealers and technology service providers in and around the print industry do not have enough of the former, and whatever they use of the latter could very well be annoying, frustrating, worthless—in a word, “junk.”

The sum of that pair of issues is just one reason why e-commerce and sales enablement should matter to members of the channel. So much has changed since the pandemic hit, through the supply chain nightmare and to the present: the way we collaborate, the way we develop product, the way we sell. Doing the same thing over and over to achieve the same underwhelming results just will not work. The whole concept of e-commerce and sales enablement is neither a conservative play nor a risk/reward scenario—rather, it is simply a way of diversifying your organization and making it more nimble.

How many of these five things sound enticing to you?
