With more than 20 years of industry experience, he brings hands-on technical expertise and a strong focus on real-world performance and software evaluation.

Before joining Keypoint Intelligence, Ilya held engineering and technical support roles with Danwood, Konica Minolta, and Xerox. He also contributes to Keypoint Intelligence's cybersecurity coverage, producing blogs, articles, and research on the security risks affecting multifunction printers and imaging devices.
