We, at Keypoint Intelligence, recognize the importance of safeguarding personal data entrusted to us and are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We implement robust technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data throughout its lifecycle. This includes data minimization practices, access controls, strong encryption, secure storage facilities, and incident response protocols. We regularly review and update these measures to adapt to evolving threats and technologies.
Keypoint Intelligence securely stores your data in AWS US-based data centers, renowned for their robust security and compliance with the highest industry standards. These data centers are strategically designed to protect data against physical and digital threats, featuring multi-factor authentication, biometric scanners, and 24/7 professional security personnel to restrict access. Digital safeguards include network and application layer firewalls, encryption in transit and at rest, and advanced threat detection systems. AWS ensures compliance with GDPR through rigorous data protection protocols, regular security assessments, and by providing customers with the necessary tools to manage their own data privacy obligations. With AWS’s shared responsibility model, Keypoint Intelligence upholds its commitment to data privacy by implementing additional control measures and ensuring our configuration adheres to GDPR principles.
Keypoint Intelligence will retain your Personally Identifiable Information, such as contact details — including email, name, and address — and login credentials for Keypoint customer platforms like UVERCE, for the duration of your account's activity or until a request for deletion is submitted by the individual. Once an account becomes inactive or such a request is made, we will proceed to delete your data.
