Anthony comes to Keypoint Intelligence with a unique blend of experience working for both dealers and manufacturers. With over 30 years of experience in the office technology industry, Sci started his career working for a Sharp and Panasonic dealership. Working his way up through the industry, Sci was most recently the Senior Vice President for LDI, leading the sales organization. Prior to LDI, he held senior leadership roles for Sharp and Xerox Corp. He has a passion for the office technology industry and knows the challenges facing owners, corporations, and sales reps in today’s changing environment. Sci begins his tenure at Keypoint Intelligence ready to tackle the issues of today and tomorrow, growing the organization, while adding new products and services to best serve our customers. He is a graduate of St. John’s University and lives in NJ. He has three daughters and enjoys basketball, softball and golf in his spare time.

Randy Dazo is the Chief Strategy and Product Officer at Keypoint Intelligence. Mr. Dazo is responsible for all of Keypoint Intelligence’s current and new product strategies and the growth of these businesses. In addition, Dazo’s groups include the delivery and marketing of content, testing, products and services for the organization worldwide. With more than 30 years of experience in the IT & office technology industry, Randy leads Keypoint Intelligence's continuous information service practices on a global basis. Previously, Randy held senior positions at Ricoh, Sharp, Net2Phone, Minolta, and Canon in various roles of strategy, product & channel marketing, sales, training, service and professional services & solutions. Randy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a minor in Technology from State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Matt Farmer is the Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at Keypoint Intelligence, responsible for the finance and accounting departments. Matt has over 10 years of corporate finance & accounting experience, six of which have been with Keypoint Intelligence. Prior to joining Keypoint Intelligence, Matt served as the Controller in charge of the accounting operations at a small vitamin/supplement wholesaler. Matt began his career in public accounting where he was responsible for various functions, including audit, accounting and tax services. Matt holds a BS in accounting and international business from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Chris Jones is the Chief Technology Officer of Keypoint Intelligence, responsible for all Internal IT Operations and Application Development/Integration services for customers. Chris has over 20 years of IT experience in support and application development serving as Director of IT for InfoTrends for over 15 years and prior to that was in the IT support group at Giga Information Group (Now Forrester). Chris holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Vermont.

Riley McNulty is the Vice President of Customer Experience and Consulting and is responsible for managing and producing custom research for hardware and software vendors and industry participants. Customer engagements range from market sizing and forecasting, quantitative trend analysis, and qualitative voice of the customer analyses to benchmarking studies. He joined the company in 2011 and has been in the document output industry since 1998. Prior to joining Keypoint Intelligence, Mr. McNulty was a Director of Market Management within the strategic planning group of Fiserv Output Solutions. In this role, he produced market and competitive analyses and supported strategic planning and product management initiatives, with a particular focus on the healthcare and secure card market segments. Prior to his time with Fiserv, Mr. McNulty accumulated over eleven years of experience on the market research supplier side, covering the production print and document outsourcing market segments. In this capacity, he produced an extensive body of market research incorporating quantitative surveys, qualitative end-user studies, market forecasting, competitive intelligence, and benchmarking studies. In a previous role as a Research Director at IDC, he managed both syndicated market research and consulting engagements. Mr. McNulty holds a B.A. in History and French from the University of Maine, and an MBA from Boston University.

Nancy Byrne is the Vice President of Marketing at Keypoint Intelligence, responsible for marketing communications, including building the brand, expanding the digital presence, and developing programs to increase marketing effectiveness. Nancy has over 20 years of integrated marketing and communications experience at companies ranging from early-stage startups to large global brands. Prior to joining Keypoint Intelligence, she worked at AMCS as the Global Head of Communications where she focused on building the global brand through key communication initiatives as PR, media relations, social media and advertising.

Keith LaVangie is the Sales Director for Keypoint Intelligence, responsible for leading the US and European based sales teams and overseeing customer experience and business development activity with vendors, service providers, dealers and end users. This includes supporting customer’s complex business needs by providing strategic advice, planning, sales enablement and go to market activity as offered through Keypoint Intelligence product offerings. Mr. LaVangie joined Keypoint Intelligence (formerly InfoTrends) in 1999 in a sales and marketing role and was most recently a Sales Manager with the company. Mr. LaVangie has been in the digital imaging, document solutions and business communications industries for over 20 years and has particular experience developing and supporting business development programs. Mr. LaVangie has a BS Degree in Business Finance and Economics from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.

Toru Yamauchi is responsible for Keypoint Intelligence’s Japan office operations as well as sales, marketing and events activities in Asia Pacific. Mr. Yamauchi is responsible for achieving revenue/profit goals on yearly basis for sales in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to becoming the Representative Director of Keypoint Intelligence Japan, Mr. Yamauchi worked extensively in sales, marketing and events. He held positions of Manager across Sales, Marketing & Events for Asia Pacific. Before joining Keypoint Intelligence, Mr. Yamauchi worked in several divisions of Thomson Corporation (now Thomson Reuters), where he held several positions including Strategic Marketing Manager and Web Marketing Manager. Prior to that, he worked in the IT industry and printing and publishing industry at several research and newspaper firms in Tokyo and Texas. Mr. Yamauchi received a B.S. in Journalism and Political Science from Northwest Missouri State University.

David has over 21 years of experience in the imaging industry starting as a lab analyst during the early days of mainstream digital print innovation through to senior research and technical lab services management positions in both the USA and Europe. Back in 2007, David set up the Keypoint Intelligence European lab and research operation in the UK and has overseen its year-on-year growth ever since. Before moving into the analytical and testing side of the imaging industry, David spent several years advising corporate and public sector clients for two FTSE-listed companies in the UK on a wide range of office imaging, software and communication solutions. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Reading University.

With 15 years of experience in the tech sector, Carl Schell heads up Keypoint Intelligence’s Content & Publications Group and oversees organization-wide workflow of myriad deliverable types. He also manages The Key Point Blog and LabLines, the company’s chief newsletter. Carl’s background is in analysis of A4 hardware and software solutions, while for the past number of years he has written stories and recorded podcasts focused on dealers and managed IT services. Outside of the office, Carl enjoys reading, writing, music, Star Wars, superheroes, spending time with his wife, and watching his kids play basketball.

Pete Emory has over 30 years of industry experience, including time with Sharp (on the dealer side) and Mita (in its U.S. headquarters). He has been a member of Keypoint Intelligence's lab team for 21 years, serving first as a Senior Test Technician and then, for over a decade, as Manager of Laboratory Testing. Today, Pete is responsible for driving the development of test methods and procedures, evaluating products, and overseeing all aspects of testing in his role as Director of U.S. Research and Lab Services U.S./Asia.
