Masato Atoda is an Associate Director in the Tokyo office, Asia Pacific Headquarters of Keypoint Intelligence. Since joining Keypoint Intelligence he has conducted numerous studies on the Japanese POD market including POD hardware, POD software, wide format devices, color proofer, print image quality evaluation, printing cost analysis, and ink jet head application. Mr. Atoda has also conducted projects in other digital imaging area such as document image scanner market analysis, MFP end user needs analysis, digital still camera market sizing, long term strategy development consultation for an imaging manufacturer, etc. during more than 10 years at Keypoint Intelligence.
Before joining Keypoint Intelligence, Mr. Atoda worked for a trading company of electronic devices for audio equipment and an American page printer manufacturer. In the page printer manufacturer, Mr. Atoda engaged in the product/communication marketing as a manager.
Greg is a recognized expert on workflow automation, strategic planning, software solutions, and the printing industry. Before joining Keypoint Intelligence, Greg was President of PRINTelligence Consulting, where he analyzed and assessed production enhancement software solutions for vendor development and consumer understanding. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events and a published author. Greg started his career designing industry-transforming digital imaging hardware and document management systems before taking on product, industry, and segment marketing roles for several leading print industry vendors. He has a baccalaureate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester and completed the Strategic Market Management program at Harvard Business School.
Rachel Dean is a Technical Editor for Keypoint Intelligence's Office Group with a focus on A3 and A4 printer and MFP hardware. She is responsible for creating and publishing private and public lab test reports, as well as articles and blogs for office hardware.
Rachel has over 20 years of experience in the office imaging industry. Prior to joining Keypoint Intelligence, Rachel spent 6 years at the European Headquarters of Sharp and almost 15 years with KYOCERA Document Solutions in the UK in various product planning and marketing roles.
Deborah Hawkins is the Director within the Office Document Technologies Group. Her responsibilities include conducting primary research and analysis and creating forecasts and market size estimates for the copier and printer hardware, software and solutions markets globally.
With more than 20 years of experience in the office imaging and Print-On-Demand industries, Deborah previously served as a Senior Consultant and European Sales Director at InfoTrends. Prior to joining InfoTrends, Deborah spent 8 years at the European Headquarters of Minolta in various product planning and marketing roles.

Riley McNulty is VP of Customer Experience and Consulting and is responsible for managing and producing custom research for hardware and software vendors and industry participants. Customer engagements range from market sizing and forecasting, quantitative trend analysis, and qualitative voice of the customer analyses to benchmarking studies. He joined the company in 2011 and has been in the document output industry since 1998.
Prior to joining Keypoint Intelligence, Mr. McNulty was a Director of Market Management within the strategic planning group of Fiserv Output Solutions. In this role, he produced market and competitive analyses and supported strategic planning and product management initiatives, with a particular focus on the healthcare and secure card market segments. Prior to his time with Fiserv, Mr. McNulty accumulated over eleven years of experience on the market research supplier side, covering the production print and document outsourcing market segments. In this capacity, he produced an extensive body of market research incorporating quantitative surveys, qualitative end-user studies, market forecasting, competitive intelligence, and benchmarking studies. In a previous role as a Research Director at IDC, he managed both syndicated market research and consulting engagements.

Toru Yamauchi is responsible for InfoTrends' Japan office operations as well as sales, marketing and events activities in Asia Pacific. Mr. Yamauchi is responsible for achieving revenue/profit goals on yearly basis for sales in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to becoming the Representative Director of InfoTrends Japan, Mr. Yamauchi worked extensively in sales, marketing and events. He held positions of Manager across Sales, Marketing & Events for Asia Pacific.

This business was later acquired by IKON Office Solutions, which is now Ricoh USA.

German Sacristan has worked in digital printing since 1997 in different sales, business development and managerial roles for companies including Xerox, Creo and Kodak. During that time, German supported, and guided hundreds print service providers sales and marketing representatives as well as agencies and brands in their transition and implementation of digital printing.
During his 8 years at Kodak, he successfully led the customer business development and consultancy team in Europe and Americas by contributing growth with strategic customers. While at Xerox, he was recognized as a sales MVP and was responsible for growing market acceptance Creo workflow-based solutions. Most recently German was General Manager for Hiti Digital, a Taiwanese printer supplier, where he contributed to rapid printer unit growth and photo technology adoption.

Anne has more than 28 years in the office technology and solutions space. Anne began her career at Keypoint Intelligence in 2008 as associate director covering the scan/capture and document solutions market. Prior to Keypoint Intelligence, Anne worked for several OEMs in the office equipment market in product management.
