There are clear differences between toner and inkjet use. While toner is best suited for high-volume printing situations common in office environments, inkjet is more popular for home use and photos. That said, advancements in inkjet technology have seen these devices taking placements away from their laser counterparts.

Just because inkjet has traditionally been used in home office situations doesn’t mean that it can’t continue to break into the larger small to medium-sized business (SMB) space. Sellers just need to be clever and find new methods to help encourage companies already looking for new devices.
