The path forward for dealers lies, in large part, in managed IT services. The space offers so many options—too many options, some might say. But because many of them fit snugly under the as-a-Service/recurring revenue umbrella, the channel has been, and will continue to be, more active with IT in today’s evolving hybrid business ecosystem.
It must. Even if you’re bullish on the future of print like you were about Microsoft Vista.
That said, making sense of all things managed IT, including the constantly hot topic of cybersecurity, can be as daunting as studying for the SAT or having that tough conversation with a customer. Keypoint Intelligence has conducted research on IT as part of larger studies over the years, but we wanted to do more. We need to do more.
After a year and half away from Keypoint Intelligence, Anne Valaitis made the decision to return to her previous work home. The mission this time: Become our first ever Managed IT Services Principal Analyst, a position in the Office Group to help populate our Office CompleteView Advisory Service. We could not be happier with her decision, and we could not be more confident in her ability to provide strategic, timely content for OEMs, dealers, and everyone else associated with this crazy, fun industry.
