Compare Report Ratings and More with Just a Few Clicks

We've been working behind the scenes to improve the usefulness of Solutions Center based on your feedback, and one of the first of many planned improvements is now live: An enhanced side-by-side comparison tool. With the handy "Compare" tab, we've always given you the ability to compare product specifications and features in a tabular format and export that list of features to Excel. Now you can compare the test report ratings and the strengths/weakness of a set of products, too!

To use the new tool:
1.       Access a product landing page from anywhere in Solutions Center
2.       Click the "Compare" tab on the top navigation bar on that product page
3.       Choose the products you want to compare (up to four) from the list by clicking the check box
4.       Click the "compare" link next to any check box; as before, the side-by-side list of specifications and features will appear in a new browser window or tab
5.       Use the radio buttons in the left-hand column to select the content—Ratings, Strengths/Weaknesses, Specifications—you want to compare

This new functionality surfaces some of the most important data from our in-depth test reports so you—or your customers—can see how products compare at a glance. Please note that the side-by-side ratings and strengths/weaknesses will appear only for products where BLI has conducted a lab-based evaluation and hence has a Solutions Report. If we don't have a Report on a product you've chosen from the list in the "compare" step, its features will appear when the Specifications radio button is selected, but the columns will be blank for the other types of content for that particular product.
