Creative Workspaces

The new office offers employees the freedom to choose workspaces from four distinct areas: Concentration, Share, Communication, and Creation, all to promote collaboration and efficient productivity. Private meeting booths and facilities, like dedicated training rooms and showers, cater to diverse work styles and encourage a healthy work-life balance.

Roland DG Executives’ Perspectives

President Kohei Tanabe: “As we celebrate our 42nd anniversary and the completion of our new office building, we extend our gratitude to our customers, employees, their families, and all those associated with our company. The completion of our new office fills us with great excitement. The division of workspaces allows for efficient work in environments tailored to specific purposes. With changes in work styles and environments sparked in part by COVID-19, employee mindsets have also evolved. Our new office not only serves as a place for work but also brings to life our company’s purpose of ‘Empowering Creativity and Excitement Worldwide.’ We look forward to integrating diverse perspectives and sharing this excitement from Hamamatsu to the world.”

Board Member and Managing Executive Officer of Sales and Marketing Andrew Oransky: “The new headquarters building is a modern, airy workspace that inspires collaboration and creativity. I’ve been thrilled to see that staff are frequently working together in the shared spaces, and using the various different areas to work in the style that they are most comfortable with. As corporate leaders, we have a responsibility to make sure we create spaces that our people are excited to work in and environments in which they can do their best work. It’s been gratifying to hear comments from the team that show we’ve accomplished that.”
