Konica Minolta Expands Dealer Program
Konica Minolta’s Intelligent Information Management (IIM) Dealer Program extends its IIM solutions and focuses on cloud enablement. The program includes Capture-as-a-Service, business process outsourcing (BPO) scanning services, and content management primarily with Square 9 Softworks. Integrated into the Rev’d Up Dealer Performance Program, it enhances digital transformation (DX) offerings and provides financial incentives for dealers.
Kodak Alaris Acquired by Kingswood Capital
Kingswood Capital Management purchased Kodak Alaris. The private equity firm, which is based in Los Angeles, specializes in middle-market businesses and drives value for Kodak Alaris's two main divisions, Kodak Moments and the Kodak Alaris Business Unit.
POA and Portland Community College Launch Technician Program
Pacific Office Automation (POA) partnered with Portland Community College to launch a 12-week Field Service Technician program starting in September 2024. As a Certificate of Completion program, it provides students with essential skills in equipment installation, troubleshooting, and customer service. Graduates are guaranteed a job interview with POA and offered full tuition reimbursement to those hired.
