As modern businesses continue to adapt to new ways of working, Ricoh is meeting the challenge with a fresh range of 32 ppm A4 color devices designed to optimize workflows, strengthen data security, and minimize environmental impact. By launching three new models—the IM C320F, MC320FW, and P C375 SF—Ricoh is addressing the needs of businesses that require versatile, space-saving devices with cutting-edge features and sustainability in mind.

Advanced Printing Features with Compact Efficiency

The IM C320F and M C320FW come standard with copy, print, scan, and fax functionality, whilst the M C320FW also provides wireless connectivity (the PC375 is a single-function A4 color printer). All three devices have the fastest first print times in Ricoh’s A4 color lineup. The MFPs come standard with a single-pass document feeder (SPDF) for fast scanning of double-sided documents and a maximum paper input capacity of 800 sheets. Meanwhile, the P C375 offers an even greater maximum paper input capacity of 1,300 sheets for reduced printer downtime and to improve productivity in high-traffic areas.

Other key features include:

  • IM C320F: A solutions-oriented model that brings A3-equivalent solutions capabilities into a compact device with advanced abilities, such as a 7" responsive capacitive touch panel and a high-speed CPU.
  • M C320FW: Designed to deliver a steady performance with ease of use and simple setup with QR codes, this cost-effective model has a 4.3" touch panel.
  • P C375: A mid-range A4 color print-only device with a 4-line LCD panel and low-cost printing, it is suitable for any office environment in need of print only functionality.

Enhanced Sustainability and Security

Ricoh continues to lead in sustainability with innovations that reduce the environmental impact of their devices. These new A4 models integrate 50% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastics into their mainframes and utilize low-melt toner to significantly reduce energy consumption which, according to Ricoh, results in best-in-class typical energy consumption (TEC) values. In addition, single-use plastic device packaging has been reduced by 31%. The redesign of the toner bottles into a shorter, more compact shape has also contributed to minimizing the overall footprint of the devices.

All devices have the latest security features such as Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3), WPA3 wireless security, SNMPv3, user code authentication, SMTP over SSL/TLS, and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) communication (just to name a few). These protocols all contribute to preventing unauthorized access to the device, network, and help protect confidential information. The IM C320F and P C375 also provide machine data encryption, encrypted PDF mode, secure print, and an “Erase All Memory” function to overwrite the onboard NVRAM storage for a secure way to wipe data at machine end-of-life.

Keypoint Intelligence Opinion

Ricoh’s new A4 color MFPs represent a significant step forward in providing businesses with compact, powerful, secure, and sustainable solutions. These devices not only enhance productivity with their fast speeds and advanced features, but also help companies meet their environmental goals with reduced energy consumption and sustainable materials. These devices are incremental to the current Ricoh line-up and will not replace any current models.

This is a testament to Ricoh’s investment in A4. Whether you’re managing a hybrid workforce, streamlining office operations, or looking to upgrade your office equipment—the new Ricoh A4 color range delivers everything modern businesses need efficiently and affordably. We look forward to evaluating these devices in-house to experience their full potential.
