This past spring, Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. announced the launch of a new division, BlueIrisIQ, to address the growing complexities of data management and business operations for its clients. Representing a significant development in its digital transformation (DX) service offerings, BlueIrisIQ is built upon the foundation of the company’s existing Intelligent Information Management (IIM) services.
The establishment of BlueIrisIQ represents more than a simple rebranding. The division comprises over 200 professionals specializing in content management, intelligent automation, and process optimization. The core aim is to help organizations streamline intricate data environments and implement automated operational workflows.
We were eager to hear more about BlueIrisIQ and its offerings, so I sat down with Meg Fleming (Vice President & General Manager of BlueIrisIQ) to discuss her immediate priorities for the division, as well as what distinguished BlueIrisIQ from other DX solutions. The result is a casual (yet informative) conversation that shows how Fleming will bring her decades of experience in the information technology and services industry to one of the hottest segments of the market.
