Tackling AI, sustainability, and strategic partnerships with dealers

While every company thinks they are standing at the forefront of innovation and pursuing cutting-edge tactics, it’s nice to get some positive feedback from an outside source. Recently, Keypoint Intelligence’s President and CEO Anthony Sci sat down with Andy Slawetsky on his What’s Happenin’ podcast to discuss the latest initiatives that we’re pursuing to better support our clients and reach new ones.

 

Together, the duo talked about a wide range of topics from sustainability to building our brand with dealers for sales enablement tools, production training, and creating tools for crafting quotes. Another major topic was artificial intelligence (AI). “We put time in there to build plans because it’s great to say what’s the value in this [AI],” said Sci. “But then who’s going to take charge of that and run with it?... There’s a craving in our industry to understand [AI].” He also detailed our partnership with West McDonald to help narrow down the real concept of AI through company assessments.

 

Regarding Keypoint’s dedication to dealers, Sci and Slawetsky dive into our partnership with HubSpot to better help dealers succeed through our various tools and solutions. As Sci says, “It starts with just a one-on-one strategy meeting where we’re not selling anything…we’re trying to understand what the dealer wants, what are their thoughts, what are their perceptions…and we just kind of sort through it all and we sit down and talk about pain points.”
