If ever there was a time to say managed IT services (MITS) is the linchpin to the health and well-being of dealers and their future success—here it is, folks. Four of the five stats that comprise the story below speak directly to the IT realm and, as you might know, artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity are oftentimes included under the MITS umbrella.

 

This is based purely on research. No gut feelings here. Your peers have had their say.

 

It’s not like we haven’t seen this coming. While printing in the workplace or business documents at home does remain relevant to very much so in the United States, no one can argue its path since March 2020, when the pandemic arrived. Many dealers have entered the MITS space, and my money says they’re likely doubling or even tripling down on the investment. Those with a fledgling practice or none at all should be making the time and financial commitment to make it happen.

 

We are here in the now. Food for thought. Recurring revenue is the way.
