It’s proven to be a big-time boon to the mega dealer, as the print and the managed IT services sides work together and independently to achieve results. Dave Moorman, who is now Special Advisor to Novatech, has spoken with me a few times over the years about the Managed Office. Perpetual Capital Partners—a family office, not private equity—acquired Novatech in September 2024.
