ChatGPT debuted in November 2022, meaning it has been around for longer than many of us had to wear masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is pretty crazy to ponder because it certainly felt like we were wearing masks for a really long time. So much was changing back then—and so much has been changing since, thanks in large part to that small thing we all call artificial intelligence (AI).

 

 

Keypoint Intelligence recently launched an Artificial Intelligence Advisory Service in the InfoCenter, the platform that houses the market research we publish. While this was certainly a noteworthy event for us, we’re even more excited to populate the AI portal with strategic advice and insights to help you chart a course that’s right for you. And as we’re on the verge of releasing our analysis of the benchmarking study, here’s your chance to get a first look into our findings on AI adoption, use, and growth in many industries.

 

Are organizations actively engaged with AI or are they taking a wait-and-see approach? Of the companies using the technology, are they more than just dabbling in AI or is it a full court press? What percentage of businesses are implementing the tech for marketing purposes only (creating content via ChatGPT, for instance), or have some already experimented with AI to great benefit in operations, processes, and workflows?
