It’s true that Keypoint Intelligence focuses a lot of time and energy on the vendor side of the print industry, but that does not mean we shy away from the channel. We research, test, and study more than just print, too. We have healthy relationships with hundreds of dealers spread across the globe and we produce content galore concentrated on the channel.

Acquisitions remain a ripe topic. Interviews and event coverage are tremendous breeding grounds for compelling, informative stories. Working in things like digital transformation (DX) and e-commerce never hurts, either. There has been discussion of cybersecurity, managed IT and cloud services, as well as revenue—how to grow it, namely. And in line with the diversity of the subject matter we’ve addressed in our Channel Strategy Session series, the content here has come in many shapes and sizes (blogs, podcasts, videos, infographics).
The news cycle never stops. Dealers will make acquisitions. Conversation around artificial intelligence (AI) is only going to become more pervasive, not to mention resonant. We will continue to offer up guidance and insight to help dealers navigate the oftentimes murky waters of business today. We like to provide education to the channel because we are passionate about the channel.
